Failed Print Design

This was my original design I made for my GT Art program
I wasn't exactly thrilled with how it turned out, but I was in a time crunch
it's failed because when I actually transfered and carved it in linoleum, it didn't print well. During the printing class, I did a smaller plate which turned out way better. You guys won't see the finish until next year.

This isn't the actual print, it's sharpie. The assignment was to create a design from drawings/pictures we took on our trip to this one Botanical Garden center in Baltimore. To me, the plants I drew are cartoon-y so I added in some turtles for fun.

Thanks to my friend Ju, who actually recognized the turtles as turtles--not parrots, dinosaurs, or anything else. Also, thanks Ju for trying to get me to make more prints of it. You tried .
