Two uploads in one week...what is going on?  Is this 2009?

No actually I painted this last night and spent WAY to long on it, but it was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to painting more Lupin the Third screenshots because they're so wild.

I apologize for the small size, I was working on this late at night and didn't think of making it bigger until I picked it up again at 2 am and strugged to draw his eye lashes.
